Nokia 1220/1260 LED Size ?

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone knows what the size of LED is used in these phones ? I would like to change them out ? Do they have lilghts on the screen ? I have never seen this phone in person, but have too coming to me for led changes. Thankx guys
