I am having big problems. First of all, when I try to open multiple programs to load java apps on my phone, i get an error saying it failed to communicate with my phone yet the phone says it's connected as does the computer. I can even access my phones memory card through windows explorer.

I can't get ***** or WebJal to work. WebJal isn't installing all the way and ***** says that it can't communicate with my phone. I am completely lost. As the title says I have a Moto i870 running on Boost Mobile. I can't even get the 'Download Apps' application to install (not sure if I need that or not). So far I have downloaded *****, WebJal (but won't install) and the Download Apps utility... any assistance on how to get the ball rolling on this would be awesome.

I used search but there is so much stuff that comes up I couldn't find the answer after sifting through posts for over 30 minutes.
