Alright I have done everything...read the tutorial, installed conpanion pro about 100 times and I am still getting an error that iplcomm.dll cannot be found 
Obviously there is something going on...could someone please help...Thanks so much for your time!

Use IiJal 6.0
You will not have this problem.
Not sure why this happens, but when it does people who try IiJal 6.0 are ok.
