so i have had my w760 for almost 5 months now and ii went to turn it on this morning, and all of a sudden my send call, up ^ key, left soft key, 1, and 4 buttons all stopped working. Does anyone know why this could have happened? I have never dropped my phone before, and its not water damaged.

I know this is a very late reply, but I just received my 4th w760 for this exact same issue.
My first one did it like 3 days after getting the phone so the wanker at the store was kind enough to exchange it. But that doesn't show up in at&t's system so in their eyes I'm only on my 3rd phone and they won't give me a different phone. Phuckin' wankers.

That seems very random. SE quality seems to be going down these days.
Have you tried a master reset? Or updating the firmware?

It looks like more of a hardware issue than a firmware issue.

I have to admit that SE's quality is not as great as a couple years back. Sometimes I say to myself I should move on to another brand cause of this. Well there is a new CEO for SE; hope something does change

I too am looking forward to what the new CEO will bring. The SE community here is not as vibrant anymore as it used to be. A lot of people just post problems about their phone now. Very slow company in responding to the market. No qwerty keyboards, no touch screens. And when there is a problem, not many people can solve it either due to poor quality of the phone that yields no solution, or just not enough SE users anymore to give advice.

I would love to see a Sony Ericsson qwerty dumbphone... Untill data is cheap enough I probably won't be switching to android or smartphone anytime soon in Canada.
