Are you getting out of the contact just to get out of it? If so man up and pay the ETF that you claimed you understood when you signed your contract.

Only way I know of getting out of paying an ETF is to move to a non coverage area.

Do a search this has been discussed to death, if the threads have not been deleted.

I want to get out of it because my phone just quit working and they are saying I need to pay 50 bucks for a replacement, or buy a whole new phone. I would have to renew my contract to get a discount to make the phone cost less or whatever.

So, I want to get out of the contract, I mean I am going to, but I don't want to pay to get out of it.
