I would like to go over to the NW plan from my AC2. I was going to do it at the end of the the current billing cycle so I could start fresh with it.

The bill is set to auto pay on the 4th over every month. Since today is the 4th and it shows that there was a recent payment made today. Does this mean I am on the new month?

I'm looking down and I see a Current Balance Payment Due 07/08/2009 under the recent payment.

Does this mean I start a new billing cycle for July on the 8th?

No, payment and billing cycles are different days. Your bill cycle date is probably the 13th. If you call cs to change your plan, it can be set to start on the 14th automatically. If you change it on my verizon, it will also give you the option to change it for the future, the first day of your next bill cycle.

I'll be by a vzw corp store on Monday. Have to wait for someone so I have like an hour to kill. I'll just go in and have them take care of it.

You should be able to see what your billing cycle dates are if you login to My Verizon and check your account online.
