Ok I know the first thing you're gonna say is I should look. But for wut it's worth I have been looking. Since yesterday. Can someone please let me know what is a good hex editor, and where i might be able to find one? The links I found on here all end up saying the web page expired.

So can please help me out?

Now I'm really gettin mad. I can open my codeplug but it won't go to the address. Can anyone help? It keeps saying "exceeding files bounds". When I first opened it up it was working and I accidentally deleted something. So I closed out the program now it won't let me edit it.
