No PRL in LG9200 after VCastw/Rhapsody Sync

Hello, hope this is the right place for this....

I sync'd up Rhapsody tonight to my wife's new 9200. Everything seemed fine at first (it was playing music, etc). After a few minutes we went back to it and it now only says 'Searching for Service' and won't even connect to Rhapsody again.

I went to phone info and saw that the PRL file had somehow vanished. I went into the VZW store, their only solution was to replace the phone, which I am trying to avoid.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I read something about using Bitpim and LGPST tool? It would probably be easy enough to figure out but I, but the real quiestion is where do you get the correct PRL file?

At least, I hope it would be easy enough to figure out

Any help would be appreciated though!
