Versa rotating wallpapers

OK, I give up. What's the secret to getting custom wallpapers to rotate on the Versa like the factory default ones do?
I haven't inspected the factory pix with BitPim yet 'cause I don't care for beta versions. But I suspect they must have a special folder inside the phone.
