Sync Software and XP

Tried using the Sync software posted all over the forum here with my 5150 in XP...everytime I try to export/merge to outlook I get an error and the program shuts down. I tried it with the phone connected/not connected (PC Sync on = connected) and that brought nothing.
Any ideas?

This should help. Right click on the icon for the program, and select properties. The click on the Compatibility tab. Then select Win98. Click apply then you're all set. That should work. If it doesn't try Win95 or even Win2K.
