Does anyone know how do you create a ringtone that will vib+LED while it plays? I know the samsung phones first vib, then ring. But I have downloaded several ringtones that vibe & ring at the same time. How can I create that? Is the PsmPlayer capable of doing that (i.e. adding the vib+ring combo)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, i want to contribute too ,but i want to know how to make these mmf files.
i got intelliscore/mobile music polyphonic but both apps seem to fail when trying to convert those files into working midi/mmf.

How do you guys make files ? First step, how do you guys make midi of other type audio files, because some wav files get an error "wav is not convertible to this format".

Thanx to all who contributed. If i learn how to do this, i'll surely contribute.

Just seen the quality of these tones, especially the few near the beginning of the other thread, such as " Boom Boom " and Tetris.

I can make professional MMF and MIDI, but i always have problems trying to incoporate the voice with a MIDI file

Anyways, here's a MMF voice tone i made earlier. Enjoy!

I got them from Korean portal called 'Daum' There are thousands of free ringtones like that.

Nope. The windows default setting is the lowest.

Maybe you could give me a link to the site, where your getting these from or if not, you could upload the tones to www.euploader.com (they get removed after 1 hour)

Those ringtones are in the thread already. You just have to go through the pages to find them. I've seen them at least twice when I went through the pages.
While going through the pages, save any and all the rigntones you come across to your computer and put them all in the same folder so you know where they are at. That way you can preview/test them out later to see if you like them.

As for the Chinese New Year one, it might be in this thread.

Young Guns - Can't Stop Won't Stop is already posted on page 80.
When you Click on it it will down load as a file named "attachment" with no file name extension. Just save it where you save all your other ringtones. When it says down load complete, choose Open Folder. Then find it, then right click on it to change the file name to young guns.zip and it will change to a self extracting zip file.

Here's two versions I added the vibe+led.
The atc_vl.mmf vibes all the way through.
The atc_vl5.mmf vibes on channel 5.
Take your pick.

I used PSM Player 3.80e that I got from the Samsunghandphones.com site. The first one I checked both boxes and set them on channel 1. The second one I put the vibe on channel 5 instead.

I downloaded the PSM 4.50e and 5.0 but never got around to install them as the 3.80e works for me. Had to input the "186" code to enable the vibe+led menu.

i got a way to remove copy protection, but not sure if it legal
use hex editor(a program that can edit your files in Hexadecimal) load your mmf files, search for the 13th bit (in hex) replace the whatever value with 0 (zero) and save it, now you got a free copy protection mmf file

i read this way in some pages about midi and mmf, so thanks to the guy who found the way.

btw can anyone help me, i need Inuyasha midi/mmf the title is 'Shippo no Gotouko', thanks before

Is there anyone smart enough to add vib and led to the following voice ring tone.... (icq - incoming chat request)....

maybe by splitting the wav into smaller segments and using them as midi samples to reconstruct a midi file.... so vib+led could be added....

or adding a "silent" midi track for the sole purpose of adding vib+led....

My first mmf conversion. 30 seconds long and the LED flashes with the drum beat and vibrates with a similar drum beat. Hope yah like it.

i use Sound Forge to convert mp3 to WAV and make them 8000 16 bit mono. and then use the YAMAHA WSC-MA2 to make them MMF. I cant use PSMplayer anymore because the sound goes up and down (louder and softer and louder and softer) very weird..never had that problem.

Do anyone know how come the sound goes up and down? and when i save to MMF and send it to my E700 the sound is verry low..i cant hear it well.. anyone knows what im doing wrong???

Pendies, I made a few of these myself, I've been posting them in the voice tones thread

I've been using 8Khz, mono 16bit samples- What did you use? Its sounds like 4khz? and I'd suggest removing all of the bass (or as much as possible)

*DISCLAIMER: Mine still sound like crap, and I sure don't know what I'm doing either! Just giving you opinions like you asked.

Check out the ones I made, there are closer to the end of the thread, linked above.

I'll tell you what the trick is to it then (imho), we need to figure out how to A) remove all of the music and only have the lyrics or B) find the acapella versions of the song (mp3) to add over the midi.

I've been trying to remove the music from MP3's, and that doesnt seem to work out too well

You dont have to host it- UPLOAD IT HERE.

If its bigger than 15k (which it most likely will be), use winrar to split it into 14,500 byte sections, then zip the seperate files and upload them... We'll all put them back together on our end and presto- no hosting needed

I'm anxious to hear your COKE ringtone now!!!! Be sure and PM me so I'll know exactly where to find it.
