4900 Picturemail

My friend has the Sanyo phone with the camera on it, and he always sends me pictures to my 4900, when I open the message I clikc extract URL and it takes me to a site that says that there is no such album. My other friend has a vision LG phone and he clicks extract URL and it works fine...anyone else have this problem?

That's strange...I send my mom pictures, she has a 4900 and has not problems viewing the link.
