Motorola Z10 UIQ - Acting weird

So I have a Motorola Z10, and I purchased it for two reasons. First is it was a kick slider, and second, it had UIQ 
I bought this a while back but I have a few problems.
1. When I try to take pictures 50% of the time, I get a "Out of memory" error
2. When I press reply with sms, the screen goes from inbox to home screen quickly 2 or 3 times before I can reply.
3. The phone sometimes just powers off and the screen goes purple.
Anyone have this problem?
