I95 Dell Axim

ok, heres the question of the day....lol....Ive got an I95 and a Dell Axim X5. I bought a cable that connects the two from the gomadic corporation, and im trying to connect to the internet with my Axim, through my I95, using AOL for WinPC 2.0 that i also bought from AOL. The PPC is not recognizing my I95 as a modem, and i have no way to get drivers onto my PPC without disconnecting the I95, and connecting it to the computer....which in turn would make it impossible to find because it wouldnt be attached. AOL for PPC is not finding the modem, and neither is the WinPC search for a modem. Im kinda running out of options...any ideas?
