how does bell know you agree to terms of service and contracts etc.
when i signed up i gave my name address and emp# to an authorized bell dealer all online
along with my desired plan features and # then later i called up to add my htc that i bought from ebay shortly after my phone was good to go
about a week later i got my "contract" in the mail but now im 30day cause i hate contracts and dont believe in them but anyway
im not the only one i know who didnt officially agree to anything but is a customer.

so i wonder with out signing things how would i be bound to terms of service?how could they hold me to contracts? etc.
not that i have issues i pay my bill all the time and am more satisfied with bell then i ever was with telus or rogers but if sh*t ever hit the fan id like to know whats up

Legally once you've made payment for a service rendered you have implied agreement to the terms of that service.

the service agreement states that if you use any of the services then that is considered consent.

what do you mean 'get you' ? this is true of all contracts signed, not just with bell

if you use the service, it means you agree to the terms
