where to get parts for 8260 - 8860 conversion?

I'm planning to do this conversion, can someone direct me to where I can get a conversion kit? I'm aware of all4cell.com but its quite expensive there, are there cheaper places? i looked on ebay, and found a 8860 OEM housing faceplate with 17 pieces which includes:

1/2- Front Frame + Lens
3- Back Frame
4- Antenna
5- Keypad
6- Power Key & Volume Key
7- Slide
8- Slide & Keyboard Frame
9- Keyboard Module
10- Speaker
11- Battery Connector
12- Slide & Mic Connector
13- Memory Battery
14- Vibrator Motor
15- Headset Connector Jack
16- Charger Connector
17- Internal Antenna Metal Plate
18- Link to assembly instructions

would this be all that i need to do this conversion?

You already have the following parts with your 8260:
- Antenna
- Speaker
- Battery Connector
- Backup Battery
- Vibe Motor
- Headset jack
- Charger jack
- Antenna metal plate?

You do not need to purchase them again but if they come with the housing, I guess u can keep em for spare parts,

All you need now, is:
- BLB-2 battery
- BMP-1A chrome battery (housing only)
