Best Voice Recorder App?

I'd like an app to replace the fairly generic recording app that comes with the iphone, but there are SO many recording apps in the app store that I really have no idea where to begin. I don't mind paying for an app but I'd like one that's halfway decent and can do the following:

Record clearly
easily transfer files to my PC
allow me to put the iphone to sleep while recording

Does anyone out there have any suggestions on an app that can do these things (and do them well)?
