HELP!!! Email on my T610 on Fido

Hi everyone,
I have just got my T610 and love it! The only thing is that I can't get POP3 or IMAP4 working on the phone...says it can't locate the server. I have got WAP working fine, know that the outgoing mail server for Fido is gprs.fido.ca and I know my IMAP4 and POP3 servers (I own the ISP ;-).
Has anyone had any success with this?
I really appreciate talking to anyone that has.
