I went to the 181A-1825 in the hexeditor 2.0 in my codeplug (hacked2.dbf) and i edited that to this:

82 21 BD 52 60 6D E1 9C C0 B7 2D 70

and wrote it to the phone

supposably thats supposed to say BOMB_SADDAM_ (i was just seeing if it owuld work)

and i dont see anywhere on my i90c where it says bomb saddam, but it hasnt seemed to affected my phone at all. it still makes calls and takes them etc... im about to put my old codeplug back in just in case. but does anyone have any help for this newb?

go to this site

http://www.ic.sunysb.edu/stu/miwang...i95cl%20Stuffz/

there is a download iden specv or iden write or something like that and all you do is install it and type the words in yourself and then rewrite the phone really easy

It only displays on the outer flip display when the phone is first turned on.

You'll never see it any other time, so unles you like turning your phone on and off alot its a pretty useless thing to do...
