I really would like to know where to get the software to sync phone book and or outlook express stuff.

I hear people talking about it but no one is telling me where to get it. Can a fellow Sanyo user help me?

Can anyone elaborate on how to get the Snap Sync software to work in XP?? So far it crashes for me when I actually try to do the "syncing". Please help, thx.

don't bother e-mailing the creators of the software,
they will tell you to take it up with Sprint or wherever you obtained the software from, it has to be Sprint however, consider they are the only ones licesnced to sell this software.

ps. i need the san5600.dll who has it?????

You can download it here. Keep this link, as new phones come out they will add the correct .dll for the phone.

There are also fixes for some windows problems.
