I just got an SL55, first of all, what an amazing phone, much smaller than I anticipated - my last phone was a pana GD87, what a nice change! Anyway, I had a couple of questions - where can I get a data cable and headset? Also, i tried clearing my op logo w/ the instructions in the FAQ, but I must be doing somthing wrong b/c it's still there - I dowloaded the clear logo, put it in the logos directory, did <menu> <setup> <display> <logos> then chose the transparent logo, pressed select, but my T-mobile logo is still there...what am I doing wrong?

If you have one of the newer T Mobile sims then that's why you are having trouble removing the operator logo. I have met many people who have all had the same problem using a few different fones all are using the newer sim cards. If I put my sim card in their fone and use a clear op logo or change the op logo (depending on fone) it works just fine. As for accessories you can use the S55 data cable on the SL55. Check GSM Phonesource, Expansys or Ebay.

so how do I go about fixing the op logo problem? I guess I got my sim card about this time last yr...so it's not brand new or anything...hmm
