Why I sold my P800

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I have waited years for a way to combine my Palm PDA and Mobile Phone.

I thought the P800 would be the solution.

Reasons why I had to sell it:

Average RF and Sound Quality - Not even close to my Motorola P280

Weak Vibration - Could not be felt while walking.

Too big - I prefer a Clamshell folding phone.

No way to charge second battery - No one makes a desktop charger.

Processor too slow - I guess I got used to my Palm TT.

Thanks to all for your help. Especially BengalBoy !!!

I think my next phone will be the Samsung SGH-i500

If they screw that up then I will get a Motorola V600 and a new Palm Handheld.

wow....I guess money is not an issue to you
V600 is not cheap at all!

Well... I am NOT going to pay $1000.00 like some people have done on ebay, only to get ripped off.

I'll probably get it when it's released and the price drops to $500.00

Motorola phone seem to drop in price much quicker than any other brand.

I agree, but seller does have a great feedback though.

feedback is good, but its just a hacked account. the listing doesnt even look the same as the others. and i think the seller accepts paypal so for one auction to say only money orders and checks is a red flag in itself. funny/bad thing is someone is gonna send the check without no questions and end up once they realize their money just went down the

I know the v600 auction on ebay is a fraud, but how does someones ebay account get hacked?

Would'nt the rightful owner of the account notice that they did not post the auction?

happened to me before. no because they change the e-mail or they stop e-mail notification, so if you dont just check ebay often you wouldnt know. and you have to check the sellers page on top of that and if you dont sell, you'd never check it.

but that seller has a store and alot of other items so that one could easily get overlooked.

or they might be out of town.
