P800 - Sync all phone numbers - how?

For some contacts in outlook I have 6 or 7 phone numbers for the same person. For some reason I only see 4 on my p800 - how do I get the rest to show or sync over?

As far as I know, it isn't possible to have more than 6 numbers (including 2 numbers for fax) per contact in the P800 and they don't even all synchronize with Outlook!
So far, I have been able to synchronize only 5 numbers from Outlook to the P800 (Business, Home, Mobile, Business Fax and Home fax), the rest of the numbers from Outlook won't.

I reported this issue to SE long time ago and was told that they didn't have any plan to resolve it...
