Stuck in WinMoDo

I'm trying to flash the A22 with A22 language pack right now .. for some reason , it's stuck at " Signalling " nothing seems to be working .. does anyone know what's wrong ? Does it take long to download ?

Did you turn your phone off before you do the flash?
you need to turn it off and press the power button when it say signaling.

i just tried the above and after it finished, my phone just wont turn on. wots wrong
