Hey,

GD86a here in mainland China has Java! Now thats a nice improvement on the GD88!! Also, you can disable the camera "clicking" sound. I think the GD86a should replace the GD88 world-over. Or do we wait for X70 and X80??

I guess this is for more typical users .. it's got all the faeatures of the GD88 , but just different style I guess. . I like like the X70 better.

Mahalos on the info, but I was just wondering about the model number...Why did they name it GD86 and not something like GD89 or a higher number if it supposed to be the enhanced version of the GD87/88 series. Things that make you go Hmmm

does anyone know if it is possible to copy the firmware or all the memory onto computer with cb200? i think there might be a backup option. People would be able to have java on gd88

i think that gd88 can support java too..
just that there are some side effects?
anyway theres limited memory too...
but that wouldnt be a problem...
