What data is lost when changing from A19 to A39 software?

Please tell me what data in the Panasonic GD87e is lost when upgrading from the A19
software, to the A39 software. Please include the following:

Data Folder - any information lost from here?
Phonebook - number’s lost from the phone’s memory?
Games - (This applies to Orange only I think.) Are the downloaded games deleted
(such as Crazy Pet 2), and/or the purchased levels of Wallbreaker?
MMS/Emails - any change?
Scheduler
WAP Bookmarks - these disappear?
Server Lists - including WAP, GPRS, MMS & Email.

Thanks, and please reply ASAP as I have very few hours to decide whether to
upgrade, thankyou.

You keep all the info in the data folder, but any custom names for the User folders are lost.
I think all the contents of the handset phone book are lost.
You will lose all downloaded games. And the download game capability. In it's place, you will get Sheep herding and Tetris.
You keep MMS messages, and I suspect that emails are kept too.
Scheduler seems to be erased
WAP bookmarks: all deleted
Server lists: cleared.

If you really want A39 and the phone is under warranty, then just take it back to the Orange shop, and say that the WAP browser sometimes locks up. Make sure that you request that they keep user data, or they may just reset the phone and load a default configuration.

You should get the phone back with A39 and all your data intact

That's what I was kinda gonna do-the GPRS locks when terminating a connection, so I rang Panasonic and they're sending an envelope round (I mainly did it for A39 really ) but I don't want to lose all the data, because she said something like I'll lose the data (she's no the technician, so I wasn't sure...)

Any more replies very much appreciated.

I did say "any more replies appreciated."
And I'm sure it's not too hard to answer such a question.
No problem anyway,
