What's the best camera phone available today in the US and are there any soon to released camera phones that will be worth waiting for ?

until they get more pixels and a better lens, i think camera phones are little more than a gimmick -- though it is nice to be able to click off a few pics on the fly (i don't carry my real digi cam everywhere)
right now, i think the nokia 3650 takes the best pics, but it's a feakin HUGE phone
the sammy sgh-p400 or sgh-p408 has a ccd lens so the quality of the pics should be nice, but the phone's a tad pricey right now
