gd87e i have a gd88 in australia on optus and pressing the left softkey takes you to the addressbook when the phone is idle and to your mms inbox when in the first menu

can the shortcut be changed? I dont use MMS that much so programming for SMS would be far more useful!

You can change the right soft key - Go to Files & Setup>Shortcut Key, and you can change from default camera to other choices.
Not a long list of choices for the shortcut key though.
