Help! T610 Download pictures to PC

This might have been asked before....
Is there any easier way to download pictures or sending files from T610 back to the PC? Or do I have to go to every picture or files and select send via IrDA one by one?
Maybe something like browsing the phone memory and just download whatever files I want at one time?

I have a Belkin BlueTooth adapter to my pc. cost me about 350 SEK +VAT (moms) thats about 40$.
It came with a program that allowed me to browse all the files in the phone and make multiple-selects for download to the PC. Works great!
