Hello,
I have the USB cable that nextel provides. I'm using Windows 2000 professional, my computer supports USB, and I have an i95cl. Every once in a while, labjal works with the USB, but other than that, I get the "The phone is not responding" error. I'm not sure how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What Jal program are you using?

Try any of the other jal programs to see if it helps.

What I do is restart the phone and or the computer.

I use iLJal 6.0 and I can't use it until I click on the "Where it came from Button."

If I try to use it before zClicking on this button, it will say Phone not responding.
