Help with WebJAL

I have download the idenwebjal i was reading the directions to make it work but i dont understand direction#5 its says "You must also have installed USB Drivers like previous versions of the JAL’s using USB Ports and Drivers. I Dont understand wat previous version are there ??? Can someone help me please ????

Are you using USB? If so you will probably need updated USB drivers.
Have you installed the latest webjal patch?
