Cannot download midlets thru Fido GPRS

i have no clue why
i can view the webpages with my Fido GPRS settings
but i can't seem to download any midlets thru GPRS

is it the phone or is it fido's problems?

here is my setting
ip address: 205.151.011.011
port: 9201
homepage url: http://wap.fido.ca

APN:wap.fido.ca
login: fido
password: fido

also what keys do i need to press in order for the dots to appear after 2 numbers

i want to enter
62.17.22.71

but it seems i can't let the dot shows after i press 2 of the 62...it would only accept 3 numbers such as 620 then dots would automatically appear

how do i get around this problem

it seems like each set has to have 3 digits
do i put 0 in front of all 4 sets?

That's the Nokia settings. On Siemens you have to use 062.017.022.071
