which means if i turn off the ringer, it wont vibrate if i got an incoming call right?! it only vibrate when i recieve SMS, events and incoming calls while i am talking on phone.

There's 4 options for trembler. voice call, SMS, boardcast.... You can choose different settings for different calls, actually it's quite advance for this features.
