Originally posted by shaolinmonk I will help make them if anybody has some requests but i can't upload them so if someone had webspace...... I've got "everybody be kungfu fighting" as my message prompt |

Originally posted by angrychair i can host about 5mb of ringtones, im not sure how big these tend to be. 100kb? so that should be enough space for quite a few. as for what i'd like to see...maybe some bad religion ringtones or nine inch nails or nirvana or rage against the machine or something? |

Originally posted by Ainvar That file called wav.zip had some pretty kick a$$ wavs on it. I especially loved the pulp fiction wavs and something about marie wavs. Question you think you might have the pulp fiction where Bruce Wilis is say Zed's dead baby.. Zed's dead.. When I get my fileserver redone I can host whatever you want for wavs if you like I use tzo and should be able to house something for wav files as long as someone is willing to help out with some settings for html since I suck bigtime on that. Right now I am running a linuix fileserver and know nothing about apache and really dont care to learn. Let me know if anyone is interested. My connection is a cable modem and I get anywhere from 150-400k downstream and around 30-50k upstream. I dont think this could hog too much of my idle bandwith during the day and would not mind doing it as long as it is not too maintiance heavy. Would love to contribute to a really good helpful crowd of people. |

Originally posted by badazzTL when i send the files in wav.zip to my phone via bluetooth, it says "not enough phone memory, try deleting files" when i try to save it so i can use it as a ringtone. i barely have anything on my phone, can someone tell me what im doing wrong? |
|
Originally posted by L Bo You cant use zip files. The phone doesnt know what to do with them, so you'll have to upload them invidually. |

Originally posted by L Bo I've finally decided to chop down some good one liners that I should be able to post here. I keep forgetting that I have equipment that'll do the job for me. ![]() Would anyone be interested in the Crankers Yankers "I got mail!" wav? |
|
Originally posted by badazzTL you mean send them to my phone separately? i did, i unzipped the files on my computer, picked the ones i liked, then sent to bluetooth. it still gives me the "not enough memory" message. is there a certain way to do this? cuz when i have them on the phone, they show up as wav files and i can play them when they are in my inbox, but i cant send or save them. |

Though I will need alot of help form this forum for people to send me wavs and midis along with what category they belong.... Look for a posting soon. Everyone can zip and email me the tones no matter what the size is to me. BUT if you guys do send so many at ones plese type up a text telling me what tone is what and what category they belong in.
