is this phone ever released yet?? it says for the 28th July. but i can't seem to find it on AT&T wireless site about the price or informations

Same here, I can't find any detail on nec 515 on AT&T site except the press release from ealier... how exactly do you buy one of these babies?

I paid approximately 330 USD, and yes it's locked.

I'm sure they will be able to unlock it.....it just might take a little time for people to figure it out.

The AT&T website (at least for my zipcode) shows this available at $169. ($319 minus $100 instant rebate minus $50 web special for new plan of $39.99 or better.)

I'm thinking about it.
