Does anyone here know how to load BREW apps or ringtones or wallpapers on the CDM-9500? (either with a data cable or over-the-air from some provider) I think I read somewhere you can do it with GAGIN if you have Verizon, but will this work if you have Alltel or some other provider? Thanks!

I think it's possible, but it's a little trickier, since there's less people w/ alltel, and thus, less support.

Yeah it works just the same if you have alltel. I have been very successful with it. I have a toshiba(audiovox) cdm9500 phone.
