So I guess I am done making tones and sharing them..apparently I was mistaken that if you keep em under 30 seconds you are ok. Don't want the law knocking at my door. Even though most all my music has either been purchased from ITUNES or OFF the shelf at WalMart.
I wonder though, when a DJ takes the records he buys, charges a fee to all the people who come in to hear him play them...uhm is he in violation? I mean they get to hear the WHOLE song! lol We are just sticking a teaser on our phone so to speak, I would think that we could charge for ADVERTISING.
