And you have the right idea, if you can point me in the direction that would be easier. See i've never made a midi in my life. But i can usually find anything on the net. So if you could help me out a little that would be great.( correct name of artist and song) This is for everyone who reads this.

if u use windows:

u'll need winzip.. www.winzip.com

right click on the midi file and "send to" --> "compressed (zipped) folder"

i guess that would be the easyest way

to submit it with a reply:
click on "reply"
at the lower part of the page u'll see "attach file:" ---> "browse" ---> select directory ---> "open" and there u go

*note: when u use 56k it might take a while for the page to load.. keep in mind ur uploading the file so just wait for a bit (no one likes double posts)

Hey, this is my first time posting on here, but I've been downloading ringtones for almost a year now. Just to let me know, these are the BEST ringtones I have found on the net so far -- you guys are AWESOME! Anyway, I was wondering if there was a possibility you could get "I Stand" by MuDvAyNe? My boyfriend loves them and I wanted to surprise him on our anniversary w/that ringtone on his phone. I've been looking everywhere for it but can't find it. Thank you so much!!!

I've been trying unsuccessfully to get "I Got The Power" by P Diddy (or whatever he goes by these days). It's track 13 on the album No Way Out.

I used audacity to loop the opening beats but I can't get the result under 30k to bop up to my phone.

A midi conversion would be great until my USB cable arrives.

Any help would be appreciated,

thanks for working on these... however, I was not able to open them. normally i just click on the file and open it in winzip. it didn't seem to want to work and told me i needed winzip classic. maybe our programs are incompatible?

I'm new to all this with polymorphic ringtones and their characteristics. I'd like to have my phone sound like the phones in the CTU of the series 24. I have an mp3 file with one ring. Does this need to be made into a file with a series of rings, so that the phone doesn't just ring once? Does the sound need to be put into a particular format? Etc.

Hey, if anyone's still interested in submarine sounds, here's a ping with a little echo. It's real short so it won't work for a ringer, but it sounds great as an alert.

Get ping.mp3.mid (22k) here - right-click...save target as. You'll need to remove the .mid if you want to listen to it on your computer before sending it to the phone.

Let me know what you think, I'm getting some funny @ss looks in the office when I get a pic message.

edit: Ok, I'm throwing this other one in, but it's pretty much only good when sent to someone as the sound for an appropriate picture...

the laugh file only rings for the eleven seconds and stops even if you do not answer the phone.

There's no way I know of to repeat an mp3 on the phone, you just have to loop it with audio editing software before you upload it.

I'm limited to 30k since I ordered a data cable but it's not here yet.

Here is the entire laugh track, looped twice. It's 42 seconds long and 82k, so you'll need to use a data cable.

A few samples I really dig but I need to loop them once I get the data cable. Still, they sound cool for alerts...

But, the problem is the volume-level is a bit low.
Can someone boost it a little? Or, has someone got a better mmf???

I tried it myself using PSMplay 4.6 but I receive an error: WAV is not convertible for this format.

Espionage by greenday isnt right, thats the wrong one. I had gotten it somewhere, but the format was wav, i think or? I believe i did searches for nokia espionage but most went to were u had to send ringer to phone?

oh yeah umm, for the smooth criminal one, i was wondering if you have a version that starts with the chorus (:33 on the player) and plays the whole chorus. The rock with you tone is kinda crackling like as if it's too loud originally when played on my phone...

This may be an odd reuqest but does anyone have any old elevator music midis?

If you don't know what I mean something like "Fatboy Slim & Paul Oakenfold - Walter Wanderly - Summer Samba". I think it would make a good ringtone.

I tryed to make a mp3 ringer out of that song but it sounded like crap on the vx6000s speaker. It must just be the song because all my other mp3 ringers turn out fine. Anyway I figured a midi would do the job.

you have a samsung...how do u get the ringtones to your phone??? i was assuming u had a lg vx 6000 until i looked at your info... your phone might be able to play the 50 kb song without trimming it at all the 6000 can onlly take 30 kb.
