Siemens mobile phones S45 and ME45 (GSM 900/1800) can now officially and legally be updated to version 21 at home. Download the update tool here:

Benefits:
- Full GPRS Class 8 support – 57,6kBit/sec, also via infrared (IrDA)
- Full EMS* support with up to 760 characters, pictures and sounds.
- Kung Fu by Battlemail™
- MS Outlook™ data synchronization via infrared (IrDA)

Simply use the data cable that came with the phone.

BTW: This is the first time a manufacturer officially offers downloadable self-updates covered by warranty. Eat this, Nokia! ;-)

thanx mate! I really needed that upgrade! too bad there arent so many useful wap services out there.. let's hope the increase of GPRS phones, and users will change the WAP situation to the better, I really think it (GPRS) should have been introduced a long time ago, who the f-ck wants to pay per minute for being connected anyway?? not me.... anyway, thanx again!
