I know this subject has been posted before, but i can't find it. Is the 5000 cable the same as the 5150 cable, because i can't get my friends 5000 cable to work on my 5150. Also where can i get a 5150 cable if i can't get it to work. Thanks for your time.

The 5000 / 6000 cable will work on the 5150 you just need the software for 5150 Sprint Retail Stores should carry the cable.

You can get a cable from the Sanyo store. It will run you $50 with anywhere from $8-11 for shipping. And yes, they ARE in stock! One is arriving at my house tomorrow, and I only ordered it on Sunday night (I chose UPS 3-day Select for $11.)

Just download the software, and you should be in business. Sure beats the high mark-up on eBay. If you can wait a little while, within 2-3 weeks they will be back up for sale on the Sprint PCS web/accessory store.
