Cleaning clutter on p800

Hi guys. I just transferred most of my stuff off the mem stick onto my comp and formatted the stick. Now, my phone mem is coming up with only about 5mb free! I have hardly anything installed (i got opera, tracker v2, irremote, and about 4 pics). Ive also flushed out the internet cache and stuff, but I just cant understand why so much space is used. I got the firmware upgraded last week, to r2f.
How much space should the OS be taking up. Also, is 8.5mb free ram decent to have while in standby? It seems that when i powr on my 0800 and select an application, it takes extra long. Is this normal.
Last question: does somebody have a keygen or crack for tracker v2.0, or can you suggest a better program than this? thanks for listening to my rambling.......
