Hi.
I am a newbie in P800 coz ive just got it yesterday. I have a question regarding this particular cell. Eveytime i turn on the phone, then there are 3 consecutive beeps sound, after that the display of my cell become 3/4 white from the bottom to the top, and the 1/4 is just displaying my provider name. After i leave it like about 10-15 seconds, the 3/4 white display goes back to normal which is in "perfect" condition. Also, when the white display is there, i cant even press the number in the flip, and all of the buttons are not functioning.

The only way to diminish the white display is by opening and closing the flip.

My questions are is this normal? is this anything to do with the firmware? should i change it or...??

btw, im using AT&T Wireless. May i know how to see my firmware version?
