How big is the phone iteself? I have seen a number of pic's and videos, and I get the impression that it is quite large. What would you compare it to?

Thanks!

Wow, I guess the people in the pic's and videos I saw had really small hands, 'cuz this thing looked like a monster. But if it is the same size as the 8290, that is pretty cool.

How is the battery life?

Check out sendo.com... go to newsroom.... then image library... and the battery is good, they are playing with different batteries in the testing... but their aim is high

Will the Z100 have a camera accessory (like the CommuniCam)? Also, does the Z100 have MMS?

Questions:

Will this phone support MMS?

Can you receive (download) attachments on POP3 mail?

What is the internal usable memory in the phone (not including any cards)?

Can the MMC/SD card be used for phone data/downloads/etc?

And to follow, you can use the MMC/SD for MP3 playback?

And LvGSM, you want to sell your beta phone ?

ok. here's the answers. the z100 is about the same volume as a 3390, not 8290. it is slightly narrower than the 3390, but it is also slightly taller.

i'm not sure of the exact ram on the, but it feels like about btwn 8-16 mb.

it can receive attachments in the mail app, i have personally sent .wmv files to one and then played them on the device.

the storage card can be used to store any files or applications. basic pim information is stored on the phone itself tho. so yes, you can store mp3/wma/wmv on the sd card.

the phone does not do mms natively, but remember that the phone can store and run 3rd party apps. i've heard that there are companies already working on mms applications for ppc phone and smartphone.
