well guys, after some fishing i have come up with most of the icons from the phone. in the attached rar file you will find most of the icons in .raw format. the file name of each is the hex offset from the flash file a53 with no sound. all you have to do is create some icons of yours for each one you want to substitute, go to that offset and replace the hex values of the old icon with the one you created. i have noticed that there are a lot of empty bytes in between so the icon doesn't have to be the same size (file size speaking of course!!!!). i think that the phone just looks for the offset and displays the icon it finds there until the end of the graphic. so as long as you don't overwrite something you shouldn't...... happy icon changing. when i create some graphics i will post them here. anybody want to contribute to the icon scene?

sorry, missed some last time. i went from a spot and down in the file and i missed some on the other way. so here is the full file.

Thanks. That should save time for many

for some of the icons:
5f4b2c.raw
5f51ac.raw
5fd5e8.raw

I can hardly tell what they are. I tried to captured it before too, and got the same thing, thought that they were not even icons.

Now it will be good if someone can find the color mapping index for this strange palette Panasonic is using.
