I am trying to research a project for a 3rd year computer-science course, and was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a schematic for any of the phones. What I am looking for is the overview of the hardware, how the architechture is laid out. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Search the forum and look for the FCC pages for the phones. Here is the home page but each phone manufacturer has a code that you will want to search for on the FCC site to get to the engineering information.
