S56 browser unlocked?

search didn't seem to help me here
just wondering if the S56 (AT&T version) browser is unlocked, I had one previously and was able to get the phone sim-unlocked, but i forgot to try the browser. I'm thinking about picking up another S56 if the browser can be unlocked as well.
