first off I love it!

couple questions tho... (sorry if some of these are dumb I tried searching already)

1. Why do numbers display without dashes? It makes using the phonebook a little harder, is there a way to use dashes? maybe I just need to resort to voice dialing?

2. Is there any significant difference (in speed or anything) between connecting a PC using a cable vs. using the IRDA feature? I mean they cost the same, so why would I want to use a wire? I need to pick up either or today, I can't wait to sync up.

3. when synced up to the PC, can the phone sync with Outlook? do I need some sort of freeware or something to do this?

1. Not everyone uses dashes in phone numbers. Look in the back of the manual at the customer service numbers and you will see the German way of writing phone numbers...in groups of 2 numbers. The US number to call is listed as 1 88 87 77 01 11.

2. Don't know, I think I would prefer USB for it's ubiquitous nature.

3. For the software to sync with Outlook, go here for the web installer (189K Zip file) or here for the full installer (41.6MB exe).

yeah dashes, spaces, periods, whatever.... Just looking for a way to seperate the numbers. Does anyone know how???
