On my second S56 and...

I just had my S56 replaced with a brand new one at the store. It would turn off at random times, even while plugged in to the charger. The auto off feature was not set. My brand new S56 does not have this problem but it acted up today. While I was on a call a second call came in and started beeping, I ignored the second call and suddenly the phone made a weird noise and it shut off (screen went blank instantly). This was with a full charge. I tried to reproduce the problem but so far it does not happen. Any ideas on this?
