I tried to use animated gifs as screensaver, and they wouldn't move. Is that a bug in my phone, or is it simply not possible?

You sure they aren't just moving verrrry slowly? My animated screensaver does move but very slowly so I have to watch it for a few seconds before I see any movement. It won't be the same speed as if you viewed the animated gif on your computer. Someone also said I think that they only animate when the backlight is off. 
It should be working though!

hmmm.... I waited quit long and it didn't move. I'll just try again with an other one
