Help with 5150

as I said in other posts I love the 5150. It is not a perfect phone it has its faults but overall a great product. A little help with something. The ring tones the phone comes with are adequately loud but when I download tones through Sprint's Ringers and More they do not play at a high enough volume even when ringer is set to high. This is alleviated with the ringer+vibrate feature so i still do not miss a call but it would be nice to know....CAN u raise the volume on the 5150 higher than just with the menu options. I remember when I had a nokia with AT&T a while back these hardcore phone heads had a counter in a supermarket in chinatown with infinite faceplates and lights and stuff for phones and could open them up and do anything to them.....so any technicians out there?
